Chances are if you’ve ever been to SEMA, AAPEX, Vision or ASTE, you’ve met Mike DelaCruz. He has attended over 100 Industry Conferences and has personally stepped into over 1300 auto repair shops around the country. Mike has seen first-hand what the most successful shops are doing and has taken every little detail into account as he works with his clients.
His career path has also taken him into a variety of companies with different specialties. From the early days of Demandforce, to Kukui, Broadly, Elite and most recently Shop Boss, Mike has a mass amount of experience in every area of the automotive aftermarket. Mike is also an active contributor to the automotive aftermarket industry.
He sits on the Automotive Service Councils Educational Foundation Board (ASCEF), he has won multiple industry awards and recognition, he has taught over 100 in-person and web courses to shop owners, has participated in multiple roundtable discussions, firesides chats and has also been an occasional guest on Carm Capriotto’s Remarkable Results Radio and Aftermarket Weekly.
Mike resides in Sunnyvale, California with his fiance Tina and their four children; Isabella, Dominic, Makayla and Leila. He has a passion for Brazilian Jiu jitsu and holds a purple belt under Master Charles Gracie. Mike also enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with his family. A fun fact about Mike: As a long-time Jeopardy fan, he and his daughter Makayla flew down to Southern California to see a live taping of the show and witnessed history while there: James Holzhauer winning the largest one-day total!!
